Our History
Founded in 2015, the Tanzania Safety Ambassador Organization (TASO) emerged from a growing need to address safety challenges across Tanzania.
What started as a small group of safety professionals concerned about rising accident rates has grown into a comprehensive organization serving communities across the country. Our founders, recognizing the critical need for systematic safety education and awareness, established TASO with the vision of creating a culture of safety throughout Tanzania.
Over the years, we have expanded our reach, developed innovative training programs, and built strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations. Today, TASO stands as a leading voice in safety advocacy and education in Tanzania.
